    * FY net sales 1.85 billion Danish crowns ($275.46 million) versus 1.83 billion crowns year 
ago 
    * FY EBIT 20.9 million crowns versus 65.0 million crowns year ago 
    * Says FY results are close to those expected but still unsatisfactory 
    * Says FY results are impacted by costs related to introduction of new ERP system in H1  
    * Sees in 2016/17 net sales of 1.9 billion crowns, representing growth of 3 percent 
    * Sees 2016/17 EBIT of about 70 million crowns  
    * Proposes FY dividend of 15 crowns per share
